ESTEEM FITNESS CLASSES

Our classes are designed with three things in mind: COMMUNITY, ENERGY & RESULTS. Workout with like-minded people who will encourage you to be your best.  Great music and challenging workouts will lead to results can be proud of!

Classes

STRONG

Strong classes focus on strength training utilizing barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX and more. .

STACK

Build muscle and burn fat with this total body strength, cardio and core workout that incorporates short intervals with strategic recovery periods. Challenge yourself with targeted movements stacked together for increased intensity.

YOGA SCULPT

Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted!

BANDS

Low cardio impact but  will leave you burning calories all day. This class will be total body, you’re in control of your bands and can adjust them at any point to go for a heavy lift or light lifting day. Resistance bands can improve balance, flexibility and body composition

TEEN STRONG

Our Teen Strong Program is designed to improve strength, speed, agility, and endurance.  Teen Strong utilizes Barbells, kettlebells, Bands, Sleds and Turf agility to stimulate personal growth that is developmentally appropriate. This program is for boys and girls of all athletic and fitness abilities who are motivated to improve!

BARRE

Barre is a ballet-inspired workout with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. 

DANCE STRONG

Our Dance Strong program focuses on

  • Fundamentals of Weight Lifting Safely

  • Stabilization 

  • Core Strength

  • Flexibility 

The program is designed for dancers to increase overall athleticism, strength, flexibility and reduce the likelihood of injury.  

HIIT

High-intensity interval training is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods

VINYASA

Vinyasa is a form of yoga that incorporates sequences of poses. Each movement is synchronized to a breath, Class will leave you feeling relaxed, stretched and ready for more.
